Love Mimio? Share your experience with District Administration!

We hear it all the time from teachers, technology directors, and administrators - you love "your Mimio." Your stories motivate us to continue bringing innovative and cost-effective classroom technology solutions to the market.

DA Top 100 2012

We're also inspired by your willingness to share your experiences and stories. Educators are some of the most collaborative, caring people, and we understand why. When you share what's working in your district, school, and classroom, you open the door for another educator to help a child succeed. And ultimately, that's what counts.

So in the spirit of helping your colleagues across the U.S. to find out about the Mimio product that's making a difference in your classroom, we'd like to ask for your help. Please consider nominating your favorite Mimio teaching technology or educational software product for District Administration's Readers' Choice Top 100 Products of 2012.

Is your MimioTeach™ interactive whiteboard helping you reach struggling students? Are you using MimioVote™ assessment to do real-time formative assessment? Has MimioSprout™ early reading software helped ELL students in your district learn to read at grade level? Please let District Administration know about it. But don't wait - the deadline for nominations is Monday, October 1. Visit www.districtadministration.com/top100 to complete the brief nomination form.

And while you're at it, we'd love it if you'd cut and paste your entry here in the comments! We may even contact you to profile your Mimio story.

Thank you for your ongoing support.

In Henderson County School System, we are blessed to have the Mimiosprout as a major component as our kindergarten curriculum. Since we have implemented this wonderful literacy program in our classroom, we have reached our goal each year that 90% of our students are reading on grade level as well as seen 20 plus gains on MAP test scores from fall to spring. I am so thrilled that this program offers a wonderful way to teach reading using technology as well as helps me provide differentiation to meet the needs of all my students. This year I have a student who is als autistic already reading on a third grade level. Thanks to Mimio I can provide differentiated reading lessons for him using the comprehension computer program so we can continue to promote his love as reading as well as teach neccessary skills on his advanced levels as well.
